Feature Package Breakdown

Message Priority and Acknowledgement has been split into the following pricing packages:

Post priority labeling <> Free
Acknowledgment <> Professional
Persistent notifications <> Professional

Expected Behaviour:
User will only be able to access each portion if this feature if they are part of that specific sku.

• UI and system console setting must be adjusted so users in the free plan don’t have access to Acknowledgment & Persistent notifications
