Send messages with ⌘ ENTER (default = only for code blocks)

Other than the new radio button style, no other changes to proposed to this setting. Help text also moves under the section title rather than under the radio buttons.

Join/leave messages

Rather than On/Off radio buttons, this setting will use a single checkbox.

Preview pre-release features

Only show this section if there are any pre-release feature settings available.

Show markdown preview option in message input box

No real changes to this setting.

With the advanced text editor, the preview function will be in the core product and this setting will need to be removed
