Remove User Avatar and Status Menu

Since the user’s avatar is now in the Global Header, the avatar and associated status menu is removed from the Channel Sidebar and moved to the Global Header.

Update Main Menu (Team Menu)

Since a number of functions will be moved to the Account Menu in the Global Header, the following items will be removed from the Main Menu (aka Team Menu):

• Change the Hamburger Icon to a vertical ••• icon.

• Remove ‘Account Settings’ - this will be moved to the Account Menu in the Global Header

• Remove ‘Logout’ - this will be moved to the Account Menu in the Global Header

• Remove ‘Plugin Marketplace’ - this will be moved to the Product Selector Menu (until the App Bar is done)

• Remove ‘System Console’ - this will be either moved to the Product Selector Menu.

• Remove ‘Download Apps’ - this will move to the Product Selector Menu

• Remove ‘About Mattermost’ - this will move to the Product Selector Menu
