Updates to Right Sidebar (RHS)

With the addition of the global header, the Right Sidebar (aka RHS) will need to be positioned and adjusted accordingly:

• The RHS will now sit to the right of the Center Channel content area, rather than under the Channel Header.

• The RHS Header will match the height of the Channel Header’s height
