A header element that can be used for List Blocks, Menu Blocks or Input Groups

Follows the same convention for heading levels as the Markdown Text Block.

Should this be a separate component that only allows a single header or should developers just use the Markdown Text Block to accomplish this?

# = H1 - Uses Heading 700

## = H2 - Uses Heading 600

### = H3 - Uses Heading 500

#### = H4 - Uses Heading 400

##### = H5 - Uses Heading 300

###### = H6 - Uses Heading 200
