Description

A Markdown Text Block is a block that enables developers to use markdown formatting syntax to add rich text to any view.

The standard markdown formatting syntax that we currently use in-product applies.

Headings

All markdown formatting should follow the typography rules from the Compass Design System as follows:

# = H1 - Uses Heading 700

## = H2 - Uses Heading 600

### = H3 - Uses Heading 500

#### = H4 - Uses Heading 400

##### = H5 - Uses Heading 300

###### = H6 - Uses Heading 200

Margins

Headings and body copy have set rules for margins according to the design system. See typography margin rules from the Compass Design System
