Recent Mentions Screen

As one of the main screens accessible through the Bottom Tab Bar, the Recent Mentions UI gets a refresh as well.

Design

When landing on the Recent Mentions Screen, the header displays as enlarged. Once a user scrolls in the mentions post list, the header condenses.
