  • Will there be a plan to allow for custom priority labels?

    • Some organizations having a specific vocabulary they'd want to digitally use.

    • A team-by-team configurable option would be awesome.

  • Is there the ability to have a 'low priority' label (for completeness sake) with the understanding that it won't repeatedly ask for a response every 2 minutes.

    • It's a priority, just a low one. Maybe it can have an optional timer measured in hours/days.

  • Will the 2 minute repeat interval be configurable?

  • Will there be an insights page showing all my outstanding priority messages?

I don't use CRT but i could imaging that not the root post gets important but a flag is on the root post to indicate that something important or urgent happend there?
