• On the "important" tag on messages. I find myself wanting to click on the tag and see other messages that are tagged as important as well.

• I'm wondering if we should leave the text "Acknowledge" for anyone who hasn't ack'd yet? I know it shows for the first acknowledger but then it turns into just a number
