Export public channel data into export.json file

Description

For Admins, add a link under Team Settings->Advanced called "Export all public channel data"

Clicking on this link should generate a datetime stamped file called: "20150628_0953_export.json" (for a file exported on 6/28/2015 at 9:53am GMT 0)

The JSON format for the file should be compatible with import functionality.

Export / Import should be available for client app too.
For macOS, something similar to:

An easy way to export your data fits the principle of controlling your own data, so this is an important addition to Mattermost in my opinion.
