Support for inserting Table Markdown may also be something we could look at as a future enhancement.

Popover Formatting

  • When the formatting bar is closed, offer quick access formatting tools when text is selected (see Slack screenshot below)

WYSIWYG mode

  • Rather than just a ‘preview’ mode, make the preview mode editable as a WYSIWYG editor
