Remove User Avatar and Status Menu

  • Change the Hamburger Icon to a vertical ••• icon.

  • Remove ‘Account Settings’ - this will be moved to the Account Menu in the Global Header

  • Remove ‘Logout’ - this will be moved to the Account Menu in the Global Header
