How does user permission work?
Incident list is scoped by Team, so everyone in the team can start and view incidents. Only members of specific incident channel can make changes to the corresponding incident, such as end incident and updating checklist items.Incidents and Playbooks are associated to Teams in Mattermost and here is a breakdown permissions by roles. As with everything during beta, we’re looking for feedback to adapt this to meet your needs.
