"Jump" breaks unless the post has already been loaded

1) Search for a message
2) Scroll to the second (or later) search result
3) Click the "Jump" link

Observed: Channel for that post opens, but message contents never load
Expected: Permalink view for that post opens

This also affects navigating to a post via the permalink URL.

It seems to hang up unless the post has been already loaded.

Hi, we observe this problem even with the 1st result. Occurs at least in Mattermost Windows app 3.7.0 and in Chrome browser 60.0.3112.101 on Windows 10, so most probably the problem is in platform.
