CRT: Scroll to the bottom of editor after pasting long text

Issue created from a message in Mattermost.

When I paste a long message in the RHS thread input, the view no longer scrolls automatically to the bottom.

QA Test Steps

1. Post a message, click to open its reply thread 2. Post a long reply 3. Paste some lengthy text into the reply box (but do not post it) Observed: Text input expands but view does not scroll, so the Reply button and end of text input are off-screen Expected: Text input expands and view scrolls down, so Reply button and end of text input are visible Note: Can use the following for both the long reply and the lengthy draft text: ``` many replies to the posted message many replies to the posted message many replies to the posted message many replies to the posted message many replies to the posted message many replies to the posted message many replies to the posted message many replies to the posted message many replies to the posted message many replies to the posted message many replies to the posted message many replies to the posted message many replies to the posted message many replies to the posted message many replies to the posted message many replies to the posted message ```

Also saw this in a failed Rainforest test (but the issue had been filed before I filed it), so I added label rainforest-found. Also added QA steps.

Looks like this was last working as expected on cloud release cloud-2023-02-02-1 (test server https://lm-cloud-2023-02-02-1.test.mattermost.cloud/). Issue reproduces on all the subsequent cloud versions I tested on (including up-to-date qa-release).
