Desktop: Help links configured to point to Mattermost channels don't do anything

Description

Repro:
1) As a Sys admin, set the Help link or Report a Problem link to a mattermost channel (for example, https://mattermost-webapp-pr-6198.test.mattermost.cloud/pr6198/channels/off-topic)
2) In the Desktop app connected to that server, try to open the "Help" or "Report a Problem" link from the main menu

Observed: Nothing happens
Expected: Since it's a link to a channel on the server, switch to that channel when the user clicks the help or report a problem menu items (note that help/report problem links to external website URLs should still open in a new browser tab)

QA Test Steps

  • Verify Help and Report a Problem external website links open in a new browser tab.
    Links that point to a channel on the server user has already configured on the desktop app, should open/switch to that channel on the desktop app.

Tested and Passed on 4.5.4-rc1, using rc.test server

  • Verified Help and Report a Problem Links that point to a channel on the server user has already configured on the desktop app, open/switch to that channel on the desktop app.

  • Verified Help and Report a Problem external website links open in a new browser tab.
