A major part of Mattermost Cloud operations will be to ensure that we are meeting the uptime SLAs we define. To do that we need to be able to measure the uptime of Mattermost Cloud.
Things to consider:
Overall uptime for all cloud services (installations, provisioner, customer web server, etc.)
Overall uptime for customer installations
Individual uptime for each customer installation
Uptime for tertiary services (push proxy, etc.)
Investigate and propose a method and metric to measure uptime.
