This is not a regression, but wasn't sure if it should be considered a bug or improvement.
On System Console > Site Statistics, two of the active user counts increment UP after deactivating a user (see test steps for details). Can confirm with UX, but it seems that all three of the statistics that refer to `active users` should increment DOWN when a user is deactivated.
1. As system admin on a server that has active users (and at least one user you can deactivate), view System Console > Site Statistics
2. Make note of the following values:
a. Total Active Users
b. Daily Active Users
c. Monthly Active Users
3. Go to Users and deactivate a user
4. Go back to Site Statistics
Total Active Users increments down as expected
Daily and Monthly Active Users both increment up (perhaps as though the act of being deactivated counts as user activity?)
Expected (to confirm with UX):
All three counts increment down
