Ideally we can track as part of usage metrics:
Number of Authenticated users of Jira
Number of created tickets
Number of tickets created via Jira when can't create via Modal
Number of times:
`transition` command executed
`view` command executed
'subscribe' command is executed
Total number of Jira notification subscription rules
It would be great to get some of the following info to drive decisions in the future:
What percentage of seats at a customer has been authenticated with Jira?
Average number o tickets created per authenticated jira user
What are the most/least popular commands in the plugin, so we can educate or improve those features?
Do people use the subscription notification feature?
