Jira V2 - 401 error when trying to map user to jira server instance installed with https URL

Description

With my Jira instance - I'm seeing that when the URL used to install contains https such as `/jira install server https://dkh-jira.ngrok.io` I'll get a 401 when I try to map. But when the url is unsecured such as `/jira install server http://dkh-jira.ngrok.io` the mapping works as expected.

Steps:

  • Have a Jira server instance that serves traffic over https

  • Install the jira instance using the seccured URL such as `/jira install server https://dkh-jira.ngrok.io`

  • Use /jira connect to map a user
Observed: failed to get a connect link: oauth1: Server returned status 401
    Expected: Mapping works normally.
