WebRTC call ends after a few seconds from starting it

Original report, I'm able to repro: https://forum.mattermost.org/t/how-to-start-webrtc/5032 and https://forum.mattermost.org/t/video-and-audio-calling-webrtc-issue/5046

Repro steps:

1. Start WebRTC call with someone.
2. Allow accessing video and mic if asked.

Observed:
Call ends suddenly after a few seconds with a note "Call with user ended".

Expected:
No issues with the call.
